The Family Practice - Without OB Physician provides high-quality primary care to the senior population, allowing providers to work efficiently and manage a patient panel of no more than 400. With a focus on value-based care, the role includes a supportive care team and promotes a balanced work-life schedule. Our client provides care to our nation's senior population! Providers can practice at the top of their licenses, complete admin responsibilities during office hours, and have a life outside of the office. You will be free to provide the kind of care you would want your grandparents to receive. Our goal is to provide a concierge level of service for Seniors who do not have access to nor can afford such a high level of care.
Role:
- Manageable Patient Panel not to exceed 400!
- Base Salary: $250k - $280K based on experience
- Sign on: Up to $15k.
- Annual incentive bonus: up to 28% of base pay (call for details)
- Partnership after 3 years (No Buy-In)
- Primary Care 100% Outpatient
- Value-Based Care Model
- Average patients per day: 10-13. Starting at 6 patients per day and ramping up
- Provider has their own care team - Scheduler, MA, referral specialist, Nurse, Case Manager, Social Worker, and Outreach Specialist
- EKG s and Labs in the Center
- Cooking classes, yoga, silver sneakers-mall walking exercise community for seniors, social community health coordinator
