COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Gastroenterology (GI)
- Salary/sign-on: $750K first year
- Partnership: Year 2 (surgical center and practice)
- Paid: Malpractice, licensing fees, medical society dues
- Health: Paid with long term disability.
- PTO: 4 weeks + all paid holidays (Year 1 then accrues)
- CME: 10 days per year
- Education repayment: Through hospital
- Profit Sharing
- No revenue sharing.

- Clinic Day: 20 PPD / Surgical Center Day: 17 PPD
