- Epilepsy Board Certified or trained - REQUIRED - no exceptions
- Provide exact availability for dates listed in job - REQUIRED (credentialing is 120 days)
- Covid Vaccinated - REQUIRED
- OH License - REQUIRED no exceptions (not accepting IMLC)
- BLS- REQUIRED
- Clean background no malpractice - REQUIRED for all MC needs no exceptions
