The position requires Monday to Friday hours with no weekend or call requirements, caring for an average of 20 patients per day using the Athena EMR system. Candidates must hold an active Arizona medical license and provide care to patients of all ages under Medicaid and Medicare.
Medical Doctor Associates (MDA) is working with a client in southern Arizona who is seeking a Board Certified Family Practice or IM/PED physician to provide ongoing locum coverage starting right away.
- Hours Required: Monday Friday 8AM to 5PM; 20 patients per day; All ages of patients; Medicaid & Medicare primarily; NO Call and no weekend requirements; there are 3 other physicians in the practice; no mid-level coverage. EMR system is Athena
Requirements of Candidate: The candidate must be Board Certified Family Practice or IM/PED; currently hold an active/unrestricted Arizona medical license; Federal DEA and current BLS.
