- Full-time hospital employed position
- Opportunity for ownership in Hospital Joint Venture Surgery Center
- Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm opened to a 4- or 5-day work week
- Call 1:4 call is considerably light
- Average patients per day outpatient: 25 plus patients in a half day
- Surgeries per week 5-15 on average
- Team: 3 ENT physicians, 1 PA, support staff (RNs, LPNs, Nursing Assistance, and Office Staff)
- 5 outpatient ORs & 7 inpatient ORs
- New equipment in office
- Stryker ENT Navigation
- Inspire Surgical Procedure
- Da Vinci SI HD surgical system
- Flexible Nasopharyngoscopies, Office Rigid Endoscopes, Microscopes, ENT Chairs, SMR Carts with suction and pressure including all in office instruments, Electrosurgical units, Stryker in Office Balloon Sinus Dilation System, Office Ultrasound
- Dedicated ENT room in ED
- Excellent Oncology Program
- EPIC EHR
Compensation Details:
- Base salary plus productivity, $60K sign-on bonus, $100K student loan assistance, $2K per month resident/fellow stipend up to $24K last year of training, and qualifying for the PSLF
- Excellent benefits package with malpractice and tail coverage
- Benefits: 403b with company match, 457f, health/dental/vision, PTO and country club membership included
- 30 days paid vacation annually
- $5K annual CME allowance with additional week off
