Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducting initial and/or ongoing client assessments, which may include ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS.

  • Developing comprehensive programs and behavior intervention plans.

  • Providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Supervising the ongoing ABA programs, assessing program performance, and making adjustments as needed.

  • Delivering ABA training to parents/ caregivers and cultivating strong, and supportive relationships.

Compensation and Schedule

  • Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

  • Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid & Remote options

  • Quarterly bonuses and additional bonus opportunities

Skills and Qualifications

  • Possession of a Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
