Why This Role? - Competitive Compensation - Annual base salary of $300K+, with RVU production incentives and extra call bonuses.
- Flexible Schedule & Quality of Life - Enjoy a balanced schedule with 3-4 office days per week, an average of 12-14 clinic patients per day, and 1-2 completely off days from call and clinic responsibilities.
- Collaborative & Supportive Team - Work alongside 3 experienced OB/GYNs, 6 Certified Nurse Midwives, and 1 Nurse Practitioner in a team-based care model where weekly meetings ensure seamless collaboration.
- Modern, Fully Equipped Practice - Located in a state-of-the-art facility, the practice features a consultation room, 9 exam rooms, in-office ultrasound, and a dedicated procedure room for patient care convenience.
- Limited Call with Strong Midwife Support - 1:4 call coverage, with midwives taking primary call at the Birth Center, handling all patient calls and uncomplicated deliveries, allowing for a manageable work-life balance.
