Schedule/Hours:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; Summer 2025

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Laboratory testing and analytical breakdown of film samples.
• Interpret material analyses and communicate with Technical team to provide product specifications.
• Provide assistance for historical data analysis and comparison, trial monitoring, and quality testing.
• Travel to other Charter Next Generation plants or customers may be required.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned based upon company needs.

• Ensure that safety and health concerns are given primary consideration in all activities
• Follows company guidelines and actively participates in all safety processes
• Carry out job/area specific housekeeping duties and maintain a high standard of professionalism
• Look for, report, and correct any near misses/unsafe conditions or behaviors as soon as possible
• Identify needed changes and make recommendations - find a better way

OUR BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or other related field.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Deals effectively with all levels of company personnel.
