Del Rio, Texas, Pediatrician Opening
  • Clinical Role:
    • Do you know someone that be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees!
    • Work Schedule/Days per Week 8-5 Monday - Friday
    • 1 week every 4 weeks pays $550 a day
    • 30 minutes call radius required
    • EMR Greenway Intergy but switching to NextGen in Late September
    • 45 providers in the group
    • Census/Patient Volume: 23 scheduled patients a day, typically 19 seen with no-shows
    • Ages of patients seen? Newborn to 21
    • Outpatient, inpatient, or both? Outpatient mandatory but inpatient preferred also
    • If it is a physician opening, are they supervising APP's? Pays $1k per month/per mid-level
    • All boards are accepted
    • Accepts board eligible candidates
    • Covid vaccine not required
    • How long does credentialing take? 1 month
    • What type of conditions will be seen? Normal
    • PALS certification required
    • Accept H1 Visas
    • Accept J1 Visas
    • No new grads

  • Organization:
    • Do you cover malpractice insurance? Yes
    • Salary range $225k base
    • Incentives of $35k a year based on # of patient visits seen
    • $10K relocation assistance
    • Sign on bonus 20K
    • Hiring as W2
    • 65% of inpatient collections
    • $550 per day call
    • $12k each additional mid-level
