OBGYN
Our client was founded in 1998 and is a leading women s healthcare group with 110 locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country. The OB/GYN role is full scope practice and located in Gilbert, AZ.
Salary and Benefits:
- Sign On Bonus: $100,000
- Paid out in one lump sum or choice of spreading it out as a retention bonus over 5 years
- Base Salary: Aggressive compensation package per MGMA guidelines and based on years of experience
- Relocation Assistance Yes, amount determined case by case
- Additional Compensation: Productivity Model with a 3x annual salary threshold
- PTO: 25 Days
- CME: 5 Days with $2500 allowance

Responsibilities:
- Monday Friday 8:30 5:00 PM
- In Office Services:
- Labs, D&C/Suction, Polypectomy, Hysteroscopy, Myosure, Endo Cryo Ablation, Leek, Cryo Cervix
- Hospital Call 1:7
- 2 Physicians and 4 APP s at this location
- Admitting hospital is Banner Gateway Medical Center
- Level II NICU , MFM Onsite , Anesthesia Onsite , 13 L&D Rooms
- Complex / Invasive surgeries including robotics
Requirements:
- MD/DO
- Current valid license or ability to obtain a medical license to practice medicine in the State of Arizona
- Current DEA certificate or ability to obtain
- Board eligibility in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG) is required; board certification is required within 5 years of achieving initial eligibility and ongoing employment is contingent upon this
- Current BLS required
