Are you able to help with this one of a kind opportunity in beautiful Hawaii? This is one of the top travel destinations in the world! The position is available to start as soon as you are licensed/credentialed, and requires a 6 month minimum commitment. This position offers a 5 day work week and only a few days of call per month giving you time to enjoy the amazing island. Your HI medical license, roundtrip flights, rental car on the island, housing, and malpractice insurance are provided. Board Certification and a clean work history is required.
Your compensation rates breakdown to: daily rate of $2,500 per 8 hour day M-F, overtime $400/hr, Weeknight call $350 (including 1 hour) and Weekend call $2,300 per day (includes 4 hours).

Position:
Gastroenterology Locums
Dates of Assignment: ASAP minimum of 6 months
Must commit to a Full Time schedule
Must be Board Certified

Position details:
-Providing inpatient and outpatient GI consultative care
-Performing standard endoscopic procedures in ambulatory care facility and inpatient hospital setting.
-Must be competent in administering conscious sedation for endoscopic procedures in outpatient and inpatient setting.

Schedule:
-4 days a week approx. 9 procedures/day with a few rechecks in the afternoon.
-The 5th day is for expedites, office consults/rechecks.
-Hospital call is approximately 5 days per month and shared with other community gastroenterologists
