Partnership Track : Physicians are eligible for the partnership track at the end of their first year of employment

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Compensation : Base salary up to $280,000 (DOE) + RVU

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

Relocation: $20,000 relocation services

Student Loan Repayment: $200,000 student loan repayment assistance

Comprehensive Benefits : Health/Dental/Vision insurance

Professional Development: CME allowance of $10,000 every two years to be used at the physician's discretion with approvals

Qualifications:

Degree: M.D. or D.O.

Certifications: BE/BC in Pediatrics

Experience: In-practice candidates and new grads welcomed
