As an Administrative Assistant at Cellular Sales, you enhance the effectiveness of the Regional President by performing various clerical and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities include managing office equipment, maintaining documentation systems, planning meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and organizational skills are essential for successfully fulfilling the role in a professional office environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective
Enhances effectiveness of RP by performing a multitude of tasks, including but not limited to, clerical and administrative functions.

Essential Functions

  1. Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, phones, and use computers for spreadsheet, database management, and other applications.
  2. Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
  3. Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
  4. Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.
  5. Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
  6. Plan and coordinate travel and meetings.
  7. Justify transactions for company purchasing card.
  8. Organizine RP calendar.
  9. Event/outing planning.
  10. Meeting outlines/notes.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

Must be able to sit for long periods of time. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position Monday through Friday.

Travel
No travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience
