Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Provide technical support to BioPharm front-line Sales Engineers in the introduction of automated process technologies.
  • Assist new and existing customers in optimizing process solutions for valves and pumps.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process issues related to valve and pump installations.
  • Support sales efforts through field trials at customer sites.
  • Strategically position product offerings to ensure competitive advantage in the local market.
  • Deliver comprehensive product and process training to both internal teams and customers.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal GEA stakeholders.
  • Support product development initiatives at customer facilities.
  • Promote and uphold a "One face to the Client" culture.
  • Provide process and application-specific knowledge to Service staff.
  • Offer industry-specific knowledge to support Project execution staff.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Engineering or Technical Degree or commensurate Technical Applications experience in BioPharm Sector.
  • Minimum 5 years Technical Applications experience in BioPharm Sector.
