Responsibilities / Tasks
- Provide technical support to BioPharm front-line Sales Engineers in the introduction of automated process technologies.
- Assist new and existing customers in optimizing process solutions for valves and pumps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues related to valve and pump installations.
- Support sales efforts through field trials at customer sites.
- Strategically position product offerings to ensure competitive advantage in the local market.
- Deliver comprehensive product and process training to both internal teams and customers.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal GEA stakeholders.
- Support product development initiatives at customer facilities.
- Promote and uphold a "One face to the Client" culture.
- Provide process and application-specific knowledge to Service staff.
- Offer industry-specific knowledge to support Project execution staff.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Engineering or Technical Degree or commensurate Technical Applications experience in BioPharm Sector.
- Minimum 5 years Technical Applications experience in BioPharm Sector.
