As a Human Resources Coordinator at Interim HealthCare, you will support HR functions, foster positive employee relations, and ensure compliance with all policies and documentation. You will collaborate with management on employee issues, conduct new employee orientations, and maintain staff training records. This role requires compassion, strong communication skills, and proficiency in HR systems.

Title: HR Coordinator

Main office is on-site in Johnstown, PA and once a week going to Altoona & State College offices

8:30am to 5pm, M-F

Our HR Coordinators have been called to care in their own unique way. As a member of our Human Resources team, you'll support a full range of projects, team members, and HR duties.?

As an HR Coordinator, you will:

Consult with leadership regarding new policy creation and implementation as well as existing policy review

Advise management on issues affecting employees including counseling, corrective action, and terminations.

Foster positive employee relations and works to solve any employee issues that surface by partnering with management and sharing with HR leadership as necessary.

Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a warm welcome to Interim

Perform background checks, drug testing, and ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and input into the HRIS system for ongoing compliance

Ensure personnel files and staff training are current and meet requirements and run reports monthly and communicate with employees and leaders to keep Interim audit ready at all time

To qualify as an HR Coordinator with us, you will need:

High school diploma and two (2) years of Human Resources experience

Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation

Compassionate, patient, and flexible

Computer proficiency - including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, & Internet

Health Care, Home Health or Staffing experience preferred
