We are partnered with a well-known and respected Food Manufacturing Company in Minneapolis Minnesota who are seeking an experienced and driven Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of building, grounds, and equipment to ensure seamless production operations. You'll lead a team of five employees and subcontracting crews, ensuring adherence to GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and company policies. This role involves proactive problem-solving, training, and fostering collaboration across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on maintenance projects and train team members.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and SQF food safety requirements.
• Proactively plan and execute building and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee inventory to minimize equipment downtime.
• Implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Manage CMMS work orders and preventive maintenance plans.
• Lead safety initiatives as the Safety Program Manager.
• Collaborate across departments on maintenance activities and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and maintenance best practices.
