  • 100% outpatient practice model
  • Opening due to 2 retirements
  • Great referral base of specialists
  • Established group of providers and experienced support staff
  • Hospital affiliation for referrals/hospitalizations
  • Outpatient call only, 1 week at a time max 5-6 times a year
  • Schedule standard business hours with 1 evening per week until 7/8 pm and 1 Saturday per month
  • Physician-owned and managed, high-functioning group focused on patient-centered care
  • Guaranteed salary for first 2-3 years then transition to partnership model
