Their team of physicians, nurse practitioners, behavioral health providers, and staff deliver friendly, expert care to individuals and families. The client is offering a salary range and the following benefits:
- $180,000-$220,000 Based on Experience

Requirements :
- Active License in The State of Indiana
- DEA Certification
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
Responsibilities :
- Flexible Schedule. Monday Friday : Mon and Tue: 7:30a 6p, Wed and Th 7:30a-7p, Fri 7:45a-5p
- 4 or 5 Days a Week - At Least 36 Hours
- 20 Patients a Day
- Call by Phone Every 2 Months
- Seeing Patients of All Ages
- No Surgery, Standard Procedures
