Description: - Office Schedule: Monday " Friday, 8:00 a.m. " 4:30 p.m.
- Physician Schedule: 3 - 4 half days in clinic, 3 - 4 half days in surgery, 1 full day off
- Physician Call 1:5 " Physician takes 1 full week call (Friday 8:00 a.m. " Friday 8:00 a.m.), no clinic during call week only hospital procedures and front-line call coverage
- Call Friday to Thursday, Rotating Holidays
- Average Patient Volumes: Half Day Clinic 12 " 15, Half Day Surgery 8 " 10
- Practice shares 3 RNs, dedicated MA support for every physician, 2 surgery schedulers in-house
- Outreach Required: Clinics in LaPorte, Chesterton, Valparaiso (all within 30 minutes commute)
