Locum to perm option
FM or IM physicians considered if BE in addiction medicine
- Practice setting: inpatient substance abuse disorder treatment; residential treatment
- Dates of coverage: ASAP; estimated credentialing 90-120 days but possibility for sooner
- Rate type: hourly
- Schedule: flexible; 5 shifts per week, including weekends. 40-hour weeks, 7 am-3 pm approximately
- Total beds: 63 beds; highly variable
- EMR: CDHR (proprietary system; training required)
- Patient age range: 18+ years
- Board Certified in Preventive Medicine or Addiction Medicine
- Active MI license or IMLC - REQUIRED
