Anomaly is seeking a full time sous chef. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a small, teamwork oriented workplace. We are an open kitchen fine dining restaurant concept. We cook 11-13 courses for up to 40 guests nightly. We are open Tuesdays-Saturday. Technical cooking aptitude is a major plus. Fish and meat butchery is a major plus. Michelin experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate and are committed to growth.
We are a very small business . Everyone here cooks. Everyone here preps… including Chef. He is there all day, every day. If you want to learn and help us go to the next level, this is a great job to take. It requires a great deal of commitment and a high level of technical aptitude.
