Job Description
Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking an Operations Associate for our Imaging PBD Department located in St. Cloud, MN. This is a unique opportunity to join our team to provide operational support and world class customer service to our clients.
What you will do:
•Provide operational, customer service and administrative support for the Imaging PBD Department.
•Be responsible for daily processing of work associated with the department. This may include scanning, sorting mail, working within Docupace, depositing and blottering checks, working within Salesforce
•Perform research and interpret contents of company and customer documents.
•Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers via email, Instant Messaging, and various work queues
•Perform research as requested on customer accounts.
•Other duties as assigned
What you need to have:
•Specific Knowledge of Financial Services Industry and operational process
•Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team
•Attention to detail is a must
•Organizational skills is a must
•Ability to multi-task is a must
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•1-2 years of related experience in a corporate environment
