ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Delivery team. As part of the warehouse team, you will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of products. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of organization and cleanliness methodologies based on the 5S system, as well as ensure compliance with all performance metrics established to maintain a high-quality warehouse.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
      1. Inventory Management:
    • a. Receive, store, and organize products and materials in designated warehouse areas.
    • b. Maintain accurate inventory records in Netsuite. Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy.
    • c. Print out the label from Netsuite and press into the product
    • d. Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.
    • e. Check Floor stock/ Free stock inventory weekly, order and replenish
    • 2. Warehouse Organization:
    • a. Ensure that products are stored safely and organized, making the warehouse space efficient and accessible.
    • b. Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory, managing shelf life, and optimizing space.
    • c. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of warehouse areas, including shelves, pallets, and workstations.
    • d. Organize and label products and materials to minimize waste and prevent damages.
    • 3. Other Duties:
    • a. Assist in other warehouse duties as needed (e.g., shipping documentation, administrative tasks).
    • b. Participate in improving warehouse efficiency and workflow.
    • c. Maintain records of stock levels, returns, and damaged goods.
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE
    • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (may vary depending on the role).
    • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (typically up to 50 pounds or as specified by company policy).
    • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office or warehouse management software is a plus).
    • Equipment Operation: Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training may be provided).
    • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
    • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and proactively find solutions to warehouse challenges.
