Responsibilities: - Manage internet incoming leads and phone calls. Candidate must be able to generate at least 40+ appointments and 15-20 sales per month through internet leads, email, phone calls, text messages, etc.
- Be available to respond to email, phone, and text inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner.
- Quotes pricing, rates, and automobile availability to clients.
- Understands and implements the dealership sales process.
- Learn product knowledge on the current model line and become a certified product representative.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional, knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Minimum 1-year experience in internet automotive sales.
- Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- The willingness to continually follow up with customers.
- Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
- Weekends are required
