Responsibilities:

• Train employees and ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and implement work plans to maintain safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor daily progress, coordinating with the Shop Superintendent and other supervisors.
• Oversee material identification, fabrication, welding accuracy, and workflow organization.
• Manage equipment maintenance, review preventative maintenance reports, and document safety incidents, training, and employee evaluations.
• Foster continuous improvement in processes, equipment knowledge, and overall shop organization, ensuring a clean and orderly work environment.
