Sentinel Lubricants, a manufacturer of synthetic greases and oils, located in Miami, FL, is seeking an extroverted, full-time Sales Manager with commercial/industrial sales experience to cover territories in South Florida, Central and South America, as well as the Caribbean. You WILL become one of the most highly compensated salespersons in our industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and technical training processes in all product sectors that are relevant to each market.
- Build relationships with business owners at all levels of distribution.
- Technically train current distributor partners in all relevant product types and segments.
- Technically train current customers in all relevant products for their business needs.
- Develop new trade partners through prospect networking to increase market share sales.
- Attend and promote Sentinels products at regional/local trade shows and events.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent/bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales management. Industrial sales experience is a must, preferably with lubricant products.
- You must submit weekly reports.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset in developing accounts in a consultative manner.
- Initiative-taking and enthusiastic with an upbeat selling style and energetic attitude.
- Be able to travel for up to 14 days at a time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clear background check
- Valid and clean drivers license record
- Ability to use MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
