Trillium Construction is hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical installations, manage teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget for a client in Columbia, SC.
This role is pivotal in upholding safety and quality standards on major construction projects. Pay rate is $43.27 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee electrical installations on large-scale construction projects.
-Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure seamless workflows.
-Lead and manage a team of electricians while enforcing safety protocols.
-Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for electrical tasks.
-Partner with the Project Manager to address on-site challenges and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of experience as an electrician in heavy commercial or industrial construction.
-Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction codes, and safety regulations.
-Proven leadership abilities to effectively manage contract workforces.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and project plans.
-Estimating experience is a plus.
