About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales operations, establish strategic partnerships, and drive significant revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with our ambitious growth objectives. Your leadership will empower a high-performing sales team to identify and seize new market opportunities, fostering an expanded client base.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing sales KPIs, preparing insightful reports, and proposing actionable strategies to enhance performance.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity within the landscaping, construction, or related service sectors. You must demonstrate a proven success record in exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue targets, possess strong leadership capabilities, and be proficient in CRM tools, sales analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, while an MBA is preferred. Ideal applicants will be highly motivated, exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset, and possess outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, youll need a strong network within the industry, especially with property developers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
