About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Program Officer to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large team that oversees participant outreach, program delivery, employment placements, and retention and advancement services. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure the quality and effectiveness of the programs, as well as their alignment with the organization's values and standards. The Chief Program Officer will also be involved in programmatic strategic planning, building partnerships with employers, and supporting fundraising efforts. Applicants for the Chief Program Officer position at the company should have a minimum of a Master's degree in a relevant field or comparable experience, with at least 7 years of progressive management experience. The role demands a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the client population, including criminal justice involvement, addiction, unemployment, mental illness, trauma, and homelessness. The ideal candidate will be a creative and innovative leader with a growth mindset, capable of managing change and fostering a culture of professional compassion. Strong communication, organizational, and data-driven skills are essential, as is a demonstrated commitment to working with diverse staff and clients.
