About the Role
We are looking for a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our regional integrated delivery system. This is a pivotal role that will drive the optimization of our enterprise, enhance our competitive edge, and secure the long-term success of our healthcare system. We seek a strategic, relationship-driven leader with robust financial expertise, a solid grasp of healthcare operations, and outstanding communication skills. A graduate degree in a relevant field is preferred, coupled with a minimum of seven years of executive leadership experience in intricate healthcare systems.
The CEO will lead a high-performing leadership team, nurture a culture of accountability, and build high-trust relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires active external engagement with community organizations, donors, legislators, and other healthcare entities.
