About the Role

We are seeking an inspiring Chief Executive Officer to lead and energize our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the organization's strategic vision and operational management. You will develop and implement impactful policies, programs, and services that align with our mission. The CEO will also oversee the financial health and sustainability of the organization while effectively managing staff and volunteers. As the face of the organization, you will communicate our values and objectives to the public and vital stakeholders.

This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in executive management, strategic planning, fundraising, and community engagement. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A bachelors degree in a relevant field is a must, while a masters degree is strongly preferred. You will collaborate closely with the Board of Directors and should have a proven ability to build and sustain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
