About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operations Executive (COO) to lead our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, providing essential support to our portfolio company Presidents while driving both organic and acquisition-based growth. Your leadership will be instrumental in steering acquisition integrations and realizing synergies across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience from the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or solar energy industries. We seek a strategic thinker, capable of effectively managing and optimizing our operations. You will work closely with the CEO and CFO, leading and inspiring our team.
