Your main responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of product liability, employment, and commercial claims and cases throughout the world, with a particular emphasis on product liability and employment. You will evaluate and advise the company regarding strategies for defending and, occasionally, prosecuting claims, and you will direct outside counsel’s preparation of legal documents and handling of litigation.Work ModeAt Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy.
