Logistics Coordinator

Your role:
We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support one of our top sales teams. You will be responsible for handling all post-sales initiatives ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders including internal departments and customers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Your responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming calls and resolve any client escalations;
- Perform data entry for import and export documentation;
- Liaise with different departments internally and externally;
- Ensure shipment paperwork is compliant with our policies;
- Collaborate with different carriers to resolve any logistical issues;
- Help organize the filing
What should you have to be a successful candidate:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a logistics/transportation position
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Well organized, ability to prioritize, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of 3PL logistics / transportation industry a requirement
