Position Details: - Position: Customer Service Representative 2

- Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027 ( Hybrid - 1 Week from Office, 1 Week from Home )
- Training - 1 st 8 weeks of training ( Completely Onsite ) - Monday to Friday (8 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday - 4 AM - 12:30 PM OR 11:30 AM - 8 PM
- Interview Process - 1 round - 30 minutes - Video Interview
- Pay Range: $18-20/hour
- Start Date: 03/03/2025 ( Tentative )
Roles and Responsibilities: - Taking 40-60 inbound calls per day to service the needs of small business credit card customers.
- Deal with various needs including but not limited to fraud, payments, adding card holders, adding admins, disputing transactions, etc.
Required Skills: - Call center experience - Handling inbound calls.
- Customer service experience over the phone.
- Finance/Banking experience is preferred.
- Customer management systems.
- Reliable attendance and punctual.
- Communication skills and professionalism.
- Ability to acknowledge issues and provide empathy to customers.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of issues.
