Clinical Educator You MUST an experience Registered Nurse!!!
Constellation Health Services is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Educator to join our dynamic home care program. In this vital role, you will oversee the orientation and training of our clinical staff, ensuring that all educational content is up-to-date and aligned with the latest industry best practices. Your expertise will prepare our team to deliver outstanding care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Ensure orientation and training content is up-to-date, reflecting best practices and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with regional educators to develop and update training materials and tools.
Manage and track online training modules, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.
Support other regions remotely and maintain current knowledge of EMR functionality.
Conduct clinical staff training on visit processes, documentation, and direct care.
Oversee onboarding and education requirements, including clinical competency assessments.
Provide ongoing performance assessments, computer instruction, and user group sessions.
Qualifications:
Licensed clinician, we will consider a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT).
The employee has the required licensure, education, training, and qualifications required by rule, regulation, law and/or statute to qualify for the role in their state.
A minimum of 2 years of full-time home care experience required 3-5 years preferred. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Demonstrated computer knowledge and expertise.
Knowledge of rules and regulations of participation in a Medicare certified home health agency preferred.
