*What You'll Do:*
* Provide direction and supervision to nursing personnel under the guidance of the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing.
* Deliver high-quality care tailored to the individual needs of each patient, including adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
* Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and ensure the implementation of patient care goals that promote physical and emotional recovery.
* Assist with patient assessments, administering medications, performing treatments, and providing education to patients and families.
* Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and a rotating shift schedule to meet the needs of our patient population.
*What We’re Looking For:*
* *Current LPN licensure* in the State of Tennessee.
* Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
* *Two years of experience* in acute care is preferred, or participation in an appropriate orientation/refresher program.
* *CPR certification* (current).
* *Advanced IV Therapy Certification* (or the willingness to obtain within 3 months; new grads must complete within 12 months).
* Strong communication and patient care skills, with the ability to assess patient conditions and take appropriate action.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, with compassion and professionalism.

*Physical & Mental Requirements:*
* Ability to lift objects over 50 pounds and assist with patient transfers (over 200 pounds).
* Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
* Ability to concentrate on multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
