*Job Title:* Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care (LTC)

* *Hours:* 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
* *Schedule:* 3 shifts per week; 36 hours scheduled, 36 hours/week guaranteed

*Rate:* $44 per hour

*Call:* No on-call requirements

*Weekends:* Rotational schedule, typically one weekend off per month

*Expected Weekly Hours:* 34.5 hours

*Position Overview:* The LVN/LPN will provide nursing care in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting at Medicaid certified nursing facility. Responsibilities include:
* Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitoring residents' health and reporting changes
* Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

*Key Requirements:*
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) as an LPN
* Active Michigan LPN license
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing
* Possession of a personal vehicle, as public transportation is not available
