* *Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2 years of LPN / LVN Experience in Long term care settings.*
* *Float Requirements: Will be required to float between both facilities (25 miles apart), Gundersen Harmony Care Center - Harmony, MN*

*Requirements:*
* Resume (Minimum 2 years of LPN long term care experience).
* Skills checklist
* NURSYS report.
* BLS (must be from AHA).
* 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
* Driver's license
* Covid Card
* Flu shot.
* Accepting MN or compact license

*Responsibilities*
* Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and patient assessments, while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
* Administer basic life support and assist in critical care situations as needed.
* Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
* Support patients with developmental disabilities and engage in health coaching as required.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a valid driver's license for travel nursing duties.

*What Greenstaff Medical has to offer:*
* *Pay rate up to $36.00 an hour (taxable rate) and the overtime rate of $54.00*
* Referral bonus of $250.00 for each successful referral.
