*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care services, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

*Duties*
* Dispense prescription medications to patients
* Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients
* Conduct patient assessments and recommend appropriate medications
* Administer immunizations and perform medication therapy management
* Oversee pharmacy technicians in their duties
* Compound medications when necessary
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
* Perform IV insertions when required
* Deliver exceptional patient service and care

*Requirement*

*PHARMACIST *
Education: MA Pharmacy License required
Experience: 1+ years required; Hospital experience preferred
infusion center, hospital or outpatient, experience with Epic
hazardous sterile compounding (both preparation and verification),
clinical review/verification of oncology/ambulatory clinic orders for adult patients.

Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.
COVID Vaccines + Booster required at time of submission.
2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). If candidate does not have current flu vaccine, we will accept an attestation stating they will receive it prior to start.
