Education / Training

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• High level of emotional intelligence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and decision support.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of the railroad industry is a plus (but not required).
