Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in all aspects of estate planning, including the drafting and execution of wills, trusts, and is an excellent drafter
2. Utilize wealthdocs software to manage and maintain accurate records of all estate planning documents.
3. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on various estate planning matters.
4. Collaborate with attorneys and other paralegals to ensure all estate planning documents are accurate and comply with state and federal laws.
5. Provide exceptional client service by answering queries, providing updates, and explaining complex legal matters in a clear, understandable manner.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in estate planning.
2. Proficiency in drafting legal documents and utilizing wealthdocs software.
3. Strong knowledge of estate planning laws and regulations.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear, understandable manner.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. A deep understanding of the medical industry and the unique estate planning needs of clients in this field.
8. A degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field is preferred.
9. Certification from an ABA-approved paralegal certification
