About the job 3rd Shift Mechanical Engineering Technician
Mechanical Engineering Technician needs 2 to 3+ years in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Mechanical Engineering Technician requires:
- Certifications in PLC programming, robotics, electrical systems, or related areas are preferred but not required.
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
- Skills in robotics handling and PLC Troubleshooting.
- Software Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications for reporting and analysis and proficient in PC hardware management and familiar with various Windows operating systems, XP,7,10, Server 2013.
- Ability to handle tools and perform physical tasks associated with maintenance work. 8
- Schematic Literacy: Ability to interpret and work with or without electrical and mechanical schematics.
Mechanical Engineering Technician duties:
- Maintain and troubleshoot various sensors and amplifiers.
- Labeling Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain NOVEXX and Zebra labelers.
- Perform PC hardware replacements and ability to manage systems running Windows XP, 7, 10, and Server 2013. 16.
- Operate iFix and Wonderware HMI systems.
- Competence in handling tools and conducting physical maintenance tasks.
- Maintain air dryers, compressors, and packing systems.
- Troubleshoot, replace, and understand specifications of motors and servomotors.
