Job Description
Job Title: PLC Technician
Location: Georgetown, KY
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
  • Offline and/or online robot programming
  • Confirm that new model equipment meets set standards and performs as intended.
  • Prepare and confirm new Body weld equipment at the vendors.
  • Support weld machine Seibi activity at North American Manufacturing Companies from installation to start of production.
  • Develop equipment countermeasures during set up/trials.
  • Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
Experience & Qualification -
  • Associate degree (or higher) or equivalent certifications or
  • Current or recent automotive maintenance experience
  • PLC troubleshooting and logic updates experience
  • Experience with MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook - intermediate.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 75% (including international travel)
  • Willing and able to work up to 50% OT and weekends as needed.
