Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is currently seeking a Technician Prod Test Specialist to join our team due to growth at our East Camden, Arkansas, facility.
In this role, you will work with a team of technician(s) to test, troubleshoot and help to resolve issues on various types of hardware ranging from missile guidance sets, full-up missiles and/or rockets, launch containers, and large wheeled and tracked military vehicles.
This position is established as a flexible role - the Technician Prod Test Specialist may be assigned to any program at the LMMFC-Camden site, depending upon critical need at any time.
What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
•Testing involving any manner of variables, including but not limited to pressure, vacuum, load testing, electronic and physical functionality, and hydraulic/pneumatic operations
•Use of hand tools to maintain test equipment, install missile or vehicle components, and mate/de-mate electronic contacts and cables.
•Use of both computerized test stations and handheld instruments such as digital voltmeters/ohmmeters
•Regularly liaise with Production Engineering located offsite as well as local engineering groups to troubleshoot, determine, and accurately document the causes of various test failures.
•Interface with the US Government customer is frequently required in this position.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications
Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience/combined education plus minimum of approximately 3 years of direct test experience using electronic automated test equipment.
Ability to work in an Explosive environment.
The ability to obtain a Secret Clearance, therefore the candidate must be a US citizen.
Desired skills
Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using a standard digital multimeter (DMM)
Proven familiarity with advanced test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital power supplies, signal generators, digital multimeters and automated test stations.
Familiarity with the mate/demate of electrical contacts and connectors
Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge and ESD mitigation principles
Familiarity with working in a "teaming" environment
Good communication skills, including interface with USG Customer
Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9000 systems a plus
Basic blueprint reading/understanding of schematics a plus
Familiarity with MS Office Suite a plus

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $47,500 - $90,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
