**Test Technician**$28.00 - $38.00/hour | Full-timeWe are seeking test technicians who are eager to support production responsibilities within our organization. This role is responsible for operating test equipment, troubleshooting, repair of defective products, and other related tasks. Successful test technicians demonstrate critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills while supporting the organizations commitment to bring passion and customer focus to the forefront.**Job Description**+ Responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting test equipment+ Monitor test performance, yield information, and provide technical support to other site personnel+ Initiate both preventative and reactive maintenance to minimize test equipment downtime+ Use test failure reports, schematics, datasheets, and other tools to troubleshoot assembly or system-level failures down to the component level for repair+ Collaborate with Test Engineers and/or customers to gain further knowledge of functionality when information is not readily available+ Utilize strong communication and collaboration skills to enhance effectiveness in all aspects of the testing area**Shift**+ 6:00am - 6:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and half day Thursday.**Compensation & Benefits**+ $28 - $38/hour+ Performance-based bonuses+ Full benefits package including but not limited to:+ Health Insurance+ Dental Insurance+ Vision Insurance+ 401(K) with company match+ Additional benefits not listed**Qualifications**+ At least 2 AA, military, or equivalent electronics education+ Over 5 years of printed circuit board debug experience to the component level+ Able to understand and debug RF circuity+ Must be able to read schematics+ Must be able to identify electrical components and know their function+ Experience using Digital Multi Meters, Frequency Counters, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, Signal Analyzers, and Vector Signal Generators+ Computer knowledge with windows, programming software, J-TAG, Xilinx, etc...+ In-circuit/Flying Probe test and debug experience+ Functional/bench test experience+ Hand soldering of through hole and SMY components down to 0402 sizes+ Communication skills, verbal and written+ Experience writing test documents and procedures**About Aerotek:**We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
