Title: Field Counsel

Description:
•The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota and should have a minimum of 5 years of auto/liability insurance defense experience (personal injury experience would also be considered); prior experience handling complex civil litigation matters; solid client relations skills; and the ability to learn and use multiple electronic file management system.
•Conduct necessary and appropriate discovery, hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, arbitrations and similar proceedings.
•Research the law applicable to cases or matters; draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs and opinions as required. If requested, conduct settlement negotiations.
