Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, New Domain Partner! We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to manage and grow our New Domain Partner ecosystem at Genpact. This role will focus on building and managing partnerships with established and emerging software partners in key industries, including finance and accounting, supply chain, and insurance software. As the Assistant Vice President, New Domain Partner, you will be responsible for driving go-to-market strategies, partner sales, developing joint solutions, creating joint business plans, and leading business reviews to accelerate our presence and growth in these industries. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of Genpact through strategic partnerships. Responsibilities Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a clear vision for the New Domain Partner program that aligns with Genpact's strategic goals, focusing on industries such as finance and accounting, supply chain, and insurance software. Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities within these sectors to position Genpact as a leader in the partner ecosystem. Partner Management & Development: Lead the identification, onboarding, and management of established and emerging software partners that align with Genpact's business objectives. Build and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with external partners, including software vendors, industry leaders, and key players in the finance, supply chain, and insurance sectors. Drive partner sales strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner engagement and mutual growth. Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new domain partnerships to drive growth, innovation, and market penetration. Work closely with sales, marketing, and service lines to build integrated partner sales initiatives. Lead joint sales efforts and campaigns with partners to drive revenue and create long-term value. Building Joint Solutions & Business Plans: Collaborate with partners to build joint solutions that address key market challenges and align with customer needs. Create and implement joint business plans with partners to drive mutual growth, outlining shared goals, sales strategies, and go-to-market activities. Pipeline Management & Growth: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities with established and emerging software partners in the targeted industries. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize initiatives that align with Genpact's strategic objectives and market needs. Resource Allocation & Project Oversight: Oversee the allocation of resources to partner projects, ensuring effective budget management and optimal use of assets. Evaluate new partner proposals and manage the execution of key initiatives to maximize impact and innovation. Business Reviews & Performance Monitoring: Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with key partners to assess performance, align on progress, and identify new opportunities. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success and impact of new domain partner programs. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the progress of partner initiatives, including achievements and areas for improvement. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in new partner relationships and develop strategies to mitigate them. Continuously assess the performance of partnerships and take corrective action as necessary to drive successful outcomes. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, legal, and operations to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives. Work with senior leadership to ensure the partner strategy aligns with Genpact's overall business objectives and vision. Industry Engagement: Attend and represent Genpact at road shows, industry events, and conferences to build relationships, understand market trends, and promote partnership opportunities. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in managing and developing partnerships, ideally within finance and accounting, supply chain, and insurance software industries. Demonstrated ability to drive go-to-market strategies, partner sales, and build joint solutions in a technology-driven environment. Solid experience working within consulting or technology organizations, with a focus on partner management and development. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders. Experience working with large technology organizations and managing complex partner ecosystems. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions that impact partner strategy and growth. Prior experience in leading business reviews and collaborating with external partners to create joint solutions. The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
