Senior Quality Engineer

QUAD is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for an organization located in the Lancaster, PA area .

The Senior Quality Engineer will be the primary QA resource for internal supervisors on functions related to problem identification and resolution, loss reporting, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for:

• Overseeing quality standards and requirements development, application, and documentation related to product manufacturing and inspection
• Drafting and implanting process control, improvement, testing, and inspection methods
• Creating supplier quality requirements and regularly monitoring and evaluating performance
• Assisting with quality audits
• Working on quality problems resolutions in collaboration with suppliers, internal process owners, and customers

Skills/Competencies:

The ideal Senior Quality Engineer will possess these skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6-10 years experience that includes ISO9001 audit, advanced product quality planning, process control plan development, and FMEA
• Six Sigma training preferred
• Experience with QA applications, databases, and spreadsheets

Additional Details:

Salary: Base up to $110k + bonus

Employment Type: Direct Hire

The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
