The Regional Sales Manager will develop and implement Direct Partner Programs with insurance carriers residential/commercial in an assigned territory. The Regional Sales Manager role relies on maintaining and enhancing revenues and increasing market share, while helping to provide a superior level of service by working closely with quality assurance and operations to support and ensure that offices are delivering on promises and commitments made. Position: Regional Sales ManagerReports to: SVP Business DevelopmentLocation: This position is remote however the candidate must reside in one of these states: Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, Iowa, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, or Colorado.The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is an outside sales position that will prospect and build new account relationships while growing and maintaining the existing account base in the property mitigation and restoration industry. The RSM will develop and implement Direct Partner Programs and grow revenue with residential and commercial insurance companies in an assigned territory. The RSM role will collaborate with local offices in the assigned territory to grow revenues and increase market share, while helping to provide superior service and support to our franchise locations through collaboration with multiple teams within the organization. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES: Build and secure new accounts, referrals, and existing relationships with key decision makers through leads, cold calling, and sales presentations to maintain/grow the existing account base and expand our market share and revenue percentagesExpand market share opportunities within a defined list of existing accounts in assigned areasCommunicate with, train, and motivate network offices to understand and support the Business Development departmentProspect, qualify and generate strong leadsUpdate Salesforce records with account detailsNegotiate and complete MSAs (Master Service Agreements) with property insurance carriers Develop and deliver sales presentations professionally and effectively by:Making regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leadsActing to close deals and finalize agreementsMeeting established sales quotas, revenue, and growth goalsResponsible for developing business relationships with residential/commercial property insurance carriers in assigned areas Responsible for account management which includes dispute resolution, problem avoidance, and compliance with service-level agreementsWork with the PDRI Business Development team to facilitate service opportunitiesUnderstands the services and products offered by Paul Davis RestorationAssists in marketing initiatives and communicates regularly with the SVP of Business DevelopmentAnalyzes and recommends programs and procedures that are in the best interest of all partiesAll other duties as assignedWORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, & SKILLS: Sales experience with demonstrated negotiation and marketing skillsGeneral knowledge of the Insurance industry/claimsObtains necessary industry trade certificationsHigh level of initiative, dependability, and self-motivationEffectively able to communicate both verbally and in writingAbility to analyze, diffuse, and solve problem situationsAbility to make decisions independently and evaluate judgmentsPossesses a valid driver's licenseAbility to demonstrate initiative, accountability, and leadershipAbility to organize and schedule assignments to meet known priorities and critical work deadlinesStrategic and analytical thinking Ability to influence without authoritySelf-drivenAbility to follow our Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics Required Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree (4-year degree or equivalent experience)Sales experience 5+ years a plusPreferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree (4-year degree or equivalent experience)Sales Experience 5+ years a plusPhysical Requirement:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
